get https://{hostname}/api/v1/platform/change_indicators/subscriptions
This operation returns the complete list of change marker subscriptions as well as all marker type attributes.
The response is divided by marker types, with each marker type containing a subscriptions array that lists effective-dated subscriptions to that marker type along with cadence and retention period.
