This operation is deprecated; instead use POST /v1/forecasting/labor_standards/multi_read.
This operation returns all labor standards if no parameters are specified, returns a particular labor standard by name and generic department, or returns all labor standards associated with a generic department if only a generic department is passed.
A Service Limit set to a value that ensures system stability applies to this operation.
