This operation returns a list of accrual policies according to the calling user's access rights.
The associated Access Control Point is VIEW_HIDDEN_ACCRUAL_POLICIES.
Service limit
A service limit constrains the number of accrual policies that can be processed in a single request.
- The Number of Accrual Policies cannot exceed 200.
