This resource allows you to retrieve and create call logs.
Call logs enhance the Call List feature by allowing managers to retrieve and create outcomes (call logs) to log the result of calls between manager and employee.
The main characteristics of a call log are references to attributes of an employee and the open shift associated with the outcome. The call log also stores relevant audit information.
