This operation creates or updates Ignore History Markers or Ignore Timecard Markers for a list of employees. When an Ignore History Marker is added to an employee record, Attendance events earlier that the Ignore History Marker date are not processed. When an Ignore Timecard Marker is added to an employee record, Attendance events earlier than the Ignore Timecard Marker date are not processed.
