Retrieve All Accrual Profiles

This operation returns a list of accrual profiles according to the user's access rights.

• When this operation is executed with no parameters, the system returns a list of all available accrual profiles.
• When this operation includes an ID or qualifier, the system returns a list containing the specified accrual profile.

The associated Access Control Point is ACCRUALS_CONFIGURATION.
