This operation returns labor forecasts. By design, the Forecast Labor Engine generates both daily totalHours and intervalAmounts. The Earned Hours Engine generates only daily totalHours and does not generate any intervalAmounts. Both totalHours and intervalAmounts exist for the ADJUSTED type, but only totalHours exists for the EARNED type.
