Create Paycodes

This operation creates one or more paycodes. To succeed, this operation requires the following conditions be met for each paycode defined in the request payload:

• the specified paycode must be valid
• the manager must have functional access to the paycode's actions
• all paycode sub-entities must be visible to the manager according to that manager's Generic Data Access Profile (GDAP).

The associated Access Control Point is PAYCODE.
