Retrieve Combined Distribution Types

This operation returns all combined distribution types. Valid types include: SPREAD_LEFT: Spreads the remaining resources in the resource pool starting at the beginning of the distribution time period. SPREAD_RIGHT: Spreads remaining resources in the resource pool starting at the end of the distribution time period. OPTIMAL_SPREAD: Redistributes any remaining labor to the appropriate time periods in the labor forecast curve.
