Retrieve All Linked Categories or by Specification

This operation returns linked categories by category ID, category qualifier, and effective date. If no parameters are specified, this operation returns all linked categories.

Note: When no linked categories are found for specified category ID or qualifier and effective date, this operation defaults to returning an HTTP status code 400 error response. Set the error_if_not_found query parameter to false to instead return an HTTP status code 200 response with an empty array.
