This operation returns labor forecast limits by search criteria. Only active limits with a single version effective on the provided date are retrieved when the search is performed by assigned jobs. Limits with any number of versions are retrieved when the search is performed by limit references, IDs, or qualifiers.

Service limit
A service limit constrains the number of jobs across all effective versions processed in a single request.
- The Number of Jobs for all effective versions cannot exceed 10,000.
