Workforce Intelligence Hub (WIH) Overview

Welcome to Workforce Intelligence Hub (WIH), a centralized experience that provides visibility into your integrations and empowers you to monitor, analyze, and act on workforce data across your organization.

WIH Configuration

WIH and the API and Webhooks Usage Monitor are currently available as an MVP to a limited set of customers in the United States. To request access to WIH, email [email protected] with the following details:

CAC (Pro HCM / Suite)
Vanity URL (Pro WFM)
SPOC / Account Representative

Once onboarding is complete, you will recieve a confirmation email.

How to access WIH

After recieving your confirmation e-mail, you are ready to access WIH and the API and Webhooks Usage Monitors:

WIH is available using the following URL: https://wih.ukg.net.
Enter your CAC or Vanity URL.
Authenticate using UKG Authentication.

WIH - API and Webhooks Usage Monitor

After authenticating you will be brought to the WIH landing page, where you will find dedicated tiles for the Webhooks Usage Monitor and API Usage Monitor.

Select the button in the tile to open the monitor you would like to view.
