# Welcome to Workforce Intelligence Hub

Welcome to Workforce Intelligence Hub (WIH), a centralized experience that provides visibility into your integrations and empowers you to monitor, analyze, and act on workforce data across your organization.

## WIH Configuration

WIH and the API and Webhooks Usage Monitor are currently available as an MVP to a limited set of customers in the United States. To request access to WIH, email [wih-support@ukg.com](wih-support@ukg.com) with the following details:

* CAC (Pro HCM / Suite)
* Vanity URL (Pro WFM)
* SPOC / Account Representative<br />

Once onboarding is complete, you will recieve a confirmation email.

## How to access WIH

After recieving your confirmation e-mail, you are ready to access WIH and the API and Webhooks Usage Monitors:

1. WIH is available using the following URL: <https://wih.ukg.net>.
2. Enter your CAC or Vanity URL.
3. Authenticate using UKG Authentication.

## WIH - API and Webhooks Usage Monitor

After authenticating you will be brought to the WIH landing page, where you will find dedicated tiles for the **Webhooks Usage Monitor** and **API Usage Monitor**.

Select the button in the tile to open the monitor you would like to view.
